STEP 01 - Payment
Before proceeding with the registration, please deposit or send your registration payment.

Registration Fee: PHP 14,000.00

This registration will be for the following voting delegates:
Immediate Past Worshipful Master, the incumbent Worshipful Master, Senior Warden and Junior Warden.

STEP 02 - Proof of Payment
After payment, prepare the following:

• Photo of Transaction / Deposit Slip or Proof of Payment

STEP 03 - Register
Fill-out the registration form. Please make sure all information are true and correct before submitting. After submission, a copy of your response will be sent to your email address.

STEP 04 - Payment Confirmation
Please expect a payment confirmation email once we validate your payment. Thank you.
