STEP 02 - Photo and Proof of Payment
After payment, prepare the following:

• 2x2 ID Picture

• Photo of Transaction / Deposit Slip or Proof of Payment

STEP 03 - Register
Fill-out the registration form. Please make sure all information are true and correct before submitting. After submission, a copy of your response will be sent to your email address.

STEP 04 - Payment Confirmation
